This is Cynthia, also known as Webdaughter. My message is plain and simple LETS WAKE UP!!!

It's time for us to take a look at this terrible disease called diabetes!!

I am at a very high risk to develop type 2 diabetes due to a few health factors.

  1. My mother, father, and grandmother all passed from diabetes. It is hereditary.
  2. I am currently 30lbs overweight for my height. I stand at 4 ft 11 inches tall.
  3. I do not exercise regularly.
  4. I wish i could say that I watch my diet.

I need to wake up!!!

Knowledge is the key:

Since my mother's death, I have been educating myself about diabetes. Particularly type 2, which is what my mother had. Diabetes affects approx. 13 million Americans. Nearly 90 percent have type 2. That blows my mind!! What blows my mind the most-many of us do not understand that we can drastically reduce our risk of getting diabetes. Most of us do not react to the disease until it is too late.

The bible says... "And ye shall serve the Lord your God, and he shall bless thy bread, and thy water; and I will take sickness away from the midst of thee". Exodus 23:25.

Apply the key of knowledge to the door of understanding and unlock a multitude of wisdom!!!

I plan to visit my doctor and get checked for Diabetes. If you are living with Diabetes-please do all that you can to take care of your self.

First and foremost, seek a personal relationship with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He will see you through.

~be blessed
