I understand that my message is somewhat belated but the occasion is timeless. I desired to post this a lot sooner but was so overwhelmed each time I tried to write. Now that I've collected myself and my thoughts, I share them with you, our "family."

Dear Father, thanks for sending us Your daughter, Danniebelle;
Anointing her to minister and how she served so well!
Now she's home with You and though our hearts ache that she's gone,
No one grieves a loss because her great work carries on.
In addition, she's not lost and we'll see her again.
Enfold us in Your comfort and sustain us until then.
Being that she lived to minister to all who met her,
Each one that was touched by her has been changed for the better.
Let us follow how she lived and serve You faithfully;
Looking at the blessedness and past adversity;
Effective to the point that when we go to our reward,
Our works will still cause many souls to be won to You, Lord!

She served God for so long. Yet so soon she was gone. And though there's not enough time on this earth for appreciating her, we had barely begun celebrating her. Thank God for her--she was a great woman of virtue. And as a result, we have this meeting place where her children rise up and call her blessed and we, her "family," can share how we've been blessed. How generous of the Lord to share her with us. Thank You, Lord, that we are yet being blessed as a result of her ministry. On this earth, she left many lasting treasures by which our lives are enriched and now in heaven, she's Your jewel. I know that you're enjoying each other's company and we on earth who remain will join You soon some day. What a glorious hope that we have, what a glorious life that she lived! Amen.
