Danibelle Hall, Houston, TX, 1984--Sam Houston Center. . .

One of the most unique and effective voices in Ministry that I had ever experienced. So graceful and poised as she quite humbly graced us with "Mary Had a Little Lamb", that all I could do was weep. There was 'grandeur' all over the arena--but, this was in a league all by itself. This woman was probably the first one to actually silence me in worship. I learned a humility that will be ever present. I learned a yeildedness that, without which, I dare not even attempt to stand to minister to His Sheep. There is a silence that will ever be present in my song. That is the place where God gets all the glory.

Dannibelle, you taught me and the earth one of life's most valuable lessons. Jesus taught it first in St. John 17th Chapter: "He Knows Best". Now, like most troubled times in my life, I glean from the message in that song. The true message though, is to know that "He Knows Best", and to treat Him like you know that "He Knows Best".

I will forever grateful for the deposit that you left in the earth.

P.S. It was just a bonus from God to have me to move all the way from S.C. in 1993 without even knowing that you were on the East Coast and join your Church with Pastor & Mrs. Cherry. . .
"He (Jesus) really Knows Best.

Resign to Eternal Solace and Truth,

Jo Anne Clark-Booker
